What is CMC?

CMC is Computer-Mediated Communication. It is a form of communication or interaction between two or more people via separate computers through a network connection. In this modernization era, people could communicate with people all over the world. There are two types of CMC which are:

💥Asynchronous CMC

• It is not synchronized which means the message is not exchanged and cannot reply immediately. Example of the asynchronous are:

E-mail

Blog

💥Synchronous CMC

• It is synchronized as both of the participants are available at the same time. The messages can be exchanged instantly and we can receive the feedback immediately. Example of synchronous CMC are: 

Video Conferencing (Skype)

Instant Messaging
